Scott Anderson has a diverse work experience spanning several years. Scott began their career in 1987 as a Developer at Automation Research Systems and remained in this role until 1991. In 1991, they joined CALIBRE Systems as a Principal Analyst, where they continued to work until recently. In 2018, Scott Anderson became the Systems Integration Branch Chief at the Immigration Records and Identity Services Directorate, USCIS.
Scott Anderson's education history includes a Master of Science (M.S.) in Data Analytics from the University of Maryland Global Campus, which they obtained from 2014 to 2017. Prior to that, they earned a Master of Science (MS) in Management Information Systems, General from Golden Gate University from 1992 to 1995. Scott'sundergraduate degree is a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Applied Mathematics from the University of Rhode Island, which they completed from 1981 to 1986.
In addition to their formal education, Scott Anderson has obtained several certifications. Scott became a Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) through the Scrum Alliance in October 2015. Scott achieved the Certified Ethical Hacker certification from the EC-Council in September 2014. In February 2014, they obtained the Certified Secure Software Lifecycle Professional (CSSLP) certification from ISC². Prior to that, in February 2013, they obtained the Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) certification, also from ISC². Scott Anderson earned the Security + certification from CompTia in September 2012 and the Microsoft Certified IT Professional (MCITP) SQL Server 2008R2 certification from Microsoft in June 2011.
