Kim David Lexner

Kim David Lexner serves as the General Counsel, Company Secretary, and an Executive Management Member at Calibrium AG since February 2017, overseeing all legal, regulatory, and compliance matters. Kim David previously held the role of General Counsel at Aeris Capital AG from March 2014 to February 2017, where similar responsibilities were undertaken. Additionally, Kim David gained valuable experience as a Legal Counsel and Associate in international tax and wealth management at Baker & McKenzie, and as a Junior Associate at Moalem Weitemeyer Bendtsen, where significant contributions were made in transactional tax and gaming law.
