Caliburn
Jim O’Connor is the Chief Financial Officer of Caliburn. He is responsible for the company’s overall business management function, which includes all financial operations and financial strategy activities. Most recently, Mr. O’Connor served as Vice President, Finance for Caliburn. Prior to joining Caliburn, he was Vice President, Finance & Corporate Development for another government services company. Previously, he spent seven years as a leveraged finance investment banker with Jefferies, where he led multiple transactions in the government services industry. Prior to that, he held multiple roles within the business management team at Northrop Grumman, including program finance, pricing, financing planning and corporate development. Mr. O’Connor is a certified public accountant who holds a B.S. degree in Finance from the University of Maryland, College Park and an M.B.A. degree from the UCLA Anderson School of Management.
