Michael S. Phillips

Michael S. Phillips is an experienced Subcontracts Supervisor at Acuity International, overseeing subcontract management for US Government contracts in an international context since April 2019. Previously, Michael held roles as Subcontracts Administrator at L3 Technologies, CACI International Inc, and SAIC, managing various defense programs and overseeing compliance with complex contracting regulations. Michael’s career began in the US Army, where management of ammunition accountability and distribution was key, following leadership roles in telecommunications at AT&T. Michael holds an MBA in Technology Management from the University of Phoenix and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration/Management from Bloomsburg University of Pennsylvania. Additionally, Michael is certified as an EMT-B from Loudoun County Fire Rescue Training Academy.
