Karen Shea

Karen Shea currently serves as the Regulatory Manager West at Caliche Development Partners, providing regulatory support for CalGem, the California Public Utilities Commission (CPUC), and other entities. In addition, Karen is a Board Member at Cayenne Wellness Center, dedicated to improving the quality of life for individuals with sickle cell disease in California. Previous roles include Senior Regulatory Analyst at the CPUC, Senior Regulatory Case Manager at Pacific Gas and Electric Company, and Senior Project Manager at Southern California Edison, where Karen developed regulatory strategies and managed various compliance cases. Karen's extensive experience in regulatory affairs extends back to their earlier roles with the CPUC and PG&E, showcasing a strong background in energy infrastructure, policy development, and stakeholder engagement. Karen holds a Master's degree in Economics from San Francisco State University and a Bachelor's degree in Economics from the University of the Pacific.
