David Feffer

David Feffer is a seasoned technology entrepreneur and health care executive with over 45 years of experience. As a Board Member for Calico Energy, David lends his growth-marketing expertise to Calico’s vision for making utility-enabled whole-building data access a widespread reality. He pioneered the telephonic nurse decision support space as co-founder and CEO of Health Incentives/CareWise, and in each subsequent role, David helped lead companies through periods of growth, guiding new product development and sales and marketing activities. After leaving Health Dialog in 2009, where he served as partner and SVP, David was an advisor for MedAppropriate, Pack4U, and Array Health. He has served on the boards of ZAF Energy Systems, ViZn Energy, and a number of non-profit organizations.

David is a musician and an enthusiastic supporter of the arts.
