Carol Kopko

Carol Kopko is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in human resources and business systems analysis. As the Owner of DBD Business Solutions Inc., Carol has led various initiatives in HR consulting. Currently serving as Senior Director of Total Rewards and HR Operations at Calico Life Sciences since January 2016, Carol has also held multiple progressive roles in the company, including Director and Associate Director positions. Previous experience includes significant roles at Genentech as a PeopleSoft and SAP Business Systems Analyst Consultant, as well as various consultant positions at Kaiser Permanente, The McClatchy Company, Sunrise Senior Living, Scott & White Health Plan, Ameriquest Capital Group, and JPMorgan Chase. Carol holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer and Information Sciences from the University of Michigan.
