Lucas Le is a seasoned professional in biotherapeutic drug development, currently serving as a Senior Project Manager in Discovery Technology at Calico Life Sciences since May 2023. Prior experience includes roles as Project Manager at Surrozen, overseeing biotherapeutic projects from discovery to IND-enabling phases, and as Research Associate 3 focusing on bioanalytical assay development. Lucas has also contributed to the development of a next-gen immunoassay platform at Thermo Fisher Scientific as a Research Scientist II, and played a key role in launching the Trueseq Custom Amplicon project at Illumina. Earlier experience includes working as a Research Associate at the La Jolla Institute for Immunology, where Lucas developed HLA typing methodologies. Lucas holds a Bachelor of Science in Bioengineering and Biomedical Engineering from San Diego State University.
