Tracey Chan

Tracey Chan is a Data Scientist at Calico Life Sciences since April 2022. Prior to this role, Tracey gained extensive research experience at the University of California, Los Angeles, working as a Postdoctoral Scholar, Graduate Student Researcher, and Teaching Assistant in the Research Immersion Lab in Genomic Biology from September 2015 to March 2022. Earlier, Tracey held internship and research fellow positions at Caltech, including a Summer Internship and two Undergraduate Research Fellowships between 2012 and 2014. Tracey holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Bioengineering and Biomedical Engineering from Caltech (2011-2015) and a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Bioinformatics from UCLA (2015-2021). Educational background also includes attendance at The Harker School (2007-2011).
