Olimpia Preciado has a diverse range of work experience in various roles related to social media, marketing, talent management, public relations, and fundraising. Olimpia began their career as a Community Relations Assistant at mitú in 2013 and later worked as a Fundraising Department Intern at El Trompo Museo Interactivo in 2014. In 2015, they joined Tijuana Innovadora as a Public Relations Assistant before moving on to Citizine, where they worked as a Hispanic Talent Recruiter and later as a Hispanic Talent Manager. Olimpia'sresponsibilities at Citizine included coordinating paid campaigns, managing content creators and influencers, and optimizing YouTube channels. Since 2017, Olimpia has been with Caliente Interactive, starting as a Digital Marketing Coordinator and progressing to roles such as Social Media Coordinator, Social Media Operations Manager, and currently as the Head of Social Media. Olimpia'swork at Caliente Interactive involves overseeing the social media department, establishing KPIs, developing strategies, and managing relationships with external content providers, agencies, and influencers.
Olimpia Preciado completed their Bachelor's degree in Communication from the Universidad Autónoma de Baja California, specializing in studies on communication and media. Olimpia attended the university from 2010 to 2015. In addition to their degree, Olimpia has obtained various certifications throughout their education and professional career. Olimpia received the Twitter Flight School Video Badge from Twitter in January 2021. In June 2020, they obtained a Project Management Certification (Diplomado) from CETYS Universidad Tijuana. Olimpia also holds a YouTube Audience Growth Certification, which they obtained in 2014, and a Video Documentary Certification from the Universidad Autónoma de Baja California, which they obtained in 2011.
