Enzo Giannoccaro is a seasoned professional in food safety and quality assurance with extensive experience in the food industry. Currently serving as the Sr. Director of Quality at Califia Farms since January 2024, Enzo previously held multiple senior roles at Chobani from April 2015 to January 2024, including Sr. Director of Supplier and Contract Manufacturing Quality and Director of Supplier Quality. Prior to that, Enzo worked at Campbell Soup Company as Sr. Manager of Global Food Safety Programs and at ConAgra Foods in various managerial positions related to thermal processing and quality assurance. Enzo began the career at Allens Incorporated as Thermal Processing Manager and Plant Quality Manager. Enzo's educational background includes a Master of Science in Operations Management and a Master of Science in Food Science from the University of Arkansas, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Food Engineering from the Federal University of Ceara.
