Jessica Conley

Jessica Conley has a diverse work experience spanning several companies. Jessica currently works at Califia Farms as the Non-Commercial Sales Manager, a position they started in September 2021. Prior to joining Califia Farms, Jessica held the role of West Regional Manager, Away from Home at the same company from March 2021 to September 2021.

Before joining Califia Farms, Jessica worked at Rishi Tea & Botanicals for several years. Jessica'sroles at Rishi Tea & Botanicals include Director of Sales from January 2020 to February 2021, Director Hospitality - North America from January 2016 to January 2020, and National Sales Manager from May 2014 to January 2016. As the National Sales Manager, Jessica demonstrated their ability to drive rapid growth and expand market share by securing significant wins and launching a successful foodservice portfolio.

Prior to Rishi Tea & Botanicals, Jessica worked as a Distributor Account Manager at Acosta Sales & Marketing from May 2012 to May 2014. Jessica also served as a Sales Specialist at Wolff Group from January 2011 to May 2012 and as a Vacation Route Specialist at Gordon Food Service from May 2010 to October 2010.

Jessica Conley earned a Bachelor's degree in Family Consumer Science with a specialization in Hospitality Management from Purdue University, where they studied from 2007 to 2011. In addition to their formal education, they obtained several certifications. In January 2009, they received a Serve Safe certification from Food Safety. In May 2021, they completed the DEI Education Committee certification from Califia Farms, and in August 2021, they obtained a Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging certification from LinkedIn Learning.
