Justine Latouille

Justine Latouille currently serves as the Operations Director for Europe at Califia Farms, leading supply chain strategy development and driving sustainability initiatives while managing the EU/UK P&L. Previously, Justine held multiple roles at Plenish, including Head of Innovation Supply Chain and Head of Operations, where responsibilities encompassed enhancing team processes, achieving efficiency in the supply chain, and meeting revenue and margin goals. Justine's extensive experience also includes positions in supply chain planning and logistics at Consilient Health and CEVA SANTE ANIMALE, and roles in import-export management and customer service at Pierre Fabre and Princesse tam.tam. Justine holds a Master’s degree in Purchasing and Supply Chain Management from Robert Gordon University and a Bachelor’s degree in Business & Marketing from Solent University, complemented by technical education in International Trade.
