Ryan Bailey

Ryan Bailey currently serves as the Sr. Director of Manufacturing at Califia Farms since April 2024. Previously, Ryan held several key positions at Niagara Bottling from July 2015 to April 2024, including Senior Manager of Technical Operations, where Ryan successfully implemented process improvements and led complex projects involving multiple Aseptic lines. Ryan’s leadership as Plant Director during a green-field startup showcased a commitment to safety and operational excellence, evidenced by achieving 457 days without OSHA incidents. Ryan's extensive background also includes roles at the City of Phoenix as a Senior Water Quality Inspector and in the US Navy as a Supervisory Radiological Controls Technician, where Ryan honed skills in safety, compliance, and training. Educational credentials include a Master's degree in Business Analytics (ongoing) and an MBA in Leadership, Entrepreneurship, and International Business from Arizona State University, complemented by a Bachelor's degree in Nuclear Engineering Technology.
