Bill Younger

Bill Younger is a trustee at the California Academy of Sciences and was previously a managing director at Sutter Hill Ventures. Bill has also held positions at Cummins Inc. and the Commissioned Corps of the U.S. Public Health Service.

Bill has spent their career in various leadership roles focused on improving the lives of vulnerable people around the globe. Bill has considerable experience in venture capital and financing start-ups, as well as strong industry networks and an understanding of the challenges that early-stage companies face.

A recent example of one of the companies they have financed is Snowflake (SNOW).

Bill Younger attended the University of Michigan, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering, summa cum laude. Bill then attended Stanford University Graduate School of Business, where they earned an MBA.
