Douglas Lessard

Douglas Lessard has been working in the assisted living industry for over 20 years. Douglas started their career as an Operations Controller at Belmont Village Senior Living in 1999. Douglas then became the Vice President of Operations in 2001 and the Executive Director and Regional VP of Operations - West in 2004. In 2008, they left Belmont Village to become the Director at the California Assisted Living Association.

Douglas Lessard attended Arizona State University, where they earned a degree in business from the W. P. Carey School of Business.
