Jennifer is a land use and transportation planning and policy specialist who aims to elevate the important work regions do to create a more sustainable future. Previously, she spent 15 years in planning and project management for the Sacramento Area Council of Governments. Her work there included a wide range of activities including: member services, housing policy, land use and transportation modeling, environmental justice, rural transportation and economic challenges, grant writing, and working extensively on the Regional Transportation Plan and Sustainable Communities Strategy. Jennifer joined CALCOG in the summer of 2021.
