Kim Rothschild

Kim Rothschild, CAE, is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in nonprofit and governmental organizations. Currently serving as the Executive Director of the California Association of Public Authorities for IHSS since January 2022, Kim has previously held significant roles including Senior Director of Business Development at Shaw Yoder Antwih Schmelzer & Lange, Executive Director of the California Dental Hygienists’ Association, and Deputy Executive Director of the California Association for Nurse Practitioners. Kim's expertise includes managing operations, business development, strategic planning, and legislative advocacy. Additionally, Kim has served on the State Council on Developmental Disabilities and in various capacities focused on enhancing community services for individuals with developmental disabilities. Educational background includes a Master of Public Administration from the University of Southern California and a Bachelor of Arts in Spanish from the University of California, Davis.
