Melanie McShane, MBA, serves as the Director of Industry Relations at the CALIFORNIA ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS® since October 2020, after previously holding the title of Industry Relations Special Projects Manager. Concurrently, Melanie operates as an Independent cabi Stylist with cabi Clothing since June 2021. Prior real estate experience includes a role as Team Manager at Redfin from April 2017 to October 2020 and as Broker/Owner at BrokerInTrust Real Estate from November 2014 to April 2017. Additional positions held include Broker at Keller Williams Realty, where responsibilities encompassed managing over 150 agents, and prior roles as Broker Associate at Keller Williams Realty and RE/MAX Olson & Associates. Melanie's career began with a focus on marketing at The Capital Group Companies from 1990 to September 2006. Educational qualifications include a BS in International Finance from USC Marshall School of Business and an MBA in Finance and International Finance from California State University, Northridge.
