Adrian Papa

Adrian Papa currently serves as Senior Vice President and SBA Manager at California Bank & Trust, overseeing the SBA lending group and working with a team of experienced Business Development Officers to support California business owners. Previous roles include Senior Vice President positions in various capacities, such as Centralized Business Banking Manager and Regional Sales Manager, where responsibilities included strategic planning, customer retention, and sales management. Adrian's extensive experience in banking also includes leadership roles at Wells Fargo, where responsibilities ranged from Healthcare Business Acquisition Manager for the Western United States to launching a small business development team in Southern California. Adrian is a founding member of Pro Connect and has served on the Advisory Board of the Small Business Development Center. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Science in Economics from UC San Diego and advanced banking and finance studies at Furman University and Alliant International University.
