Christopher Kern

Christopher Kern serves as the Program Lead of Photography and Associate Professor at California Baptist University, where responsibilities include overseeing the photography curriculum and teaching various photography courses. In addition to academic roles, Christopher holds positions as Studio Director and Digital Asset Manager at CBU Photography, as well as Principal, Operations at Compelle, a media agency. Christopher is actively involved in the Society for Photographic Education as West Chapter Chair. With extensive experience as a professional photographer, Christopher has collaborated with notable clients and previously held teaching positions at several educational institutions. Educational qualifications include an MFA in Photography from the Academy of Art University and a BA in Photo Communications and Business Administration from California State University, Fullerton.
