Jacob Ravenscraft

Jacob Ravenscraft currently serves as the Dean of Spiritual Life at California Baptist University, a position held since September 2016, with previous roles including Associate Dean, Assistant Dean, and Director of University Ministries. In addition, Jacob operates Ravenscraft Consulting as a Leadership Consultant since March 2022, focusing on promoting healthy culture and effective teams. Prior experience includes serving as College Pastor and Youth Pastor at Calvary Church of Santa Ana from June 2011 to September 2016, where responsibilities included leadership in teaching, event planning, and small group development. Jacob holds a Master of Arts in Theology/Theological Studies from Talbot School of Theology and a Bachelor of Arts in Bible/Biblical Studies from Biola University.
