Jeff Gratias has extensive work experience in the insurance industry. Jeff started their career at Nationwide Insurance in 1991, where they held various roles including Claims Manager & Claims Rep and later became the Claims Director and Claims Officer. In 2008, they joined Lost Dutchman Search as an Insurance Claims Recruiter before transitioning to California Casualty in 2010. At California Casualty, they held positions such as AVP, Regional Claims Manager and AVP, Director of Claim Field Operations, and currently serves as the VP - Claims Operations.
Jeff Gratias attended the University of Iowa from 1987 to 1991, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Finance.
