Keshia Blessing has extensive experience in customer service, starting as an Insurance representative at State Farm from 2008 to 2014, where responsibilities included managing high call volumes and assisting agents with life insurance policies. Keshia continued as a Customer Service Representative at Xerox from 2014 to 2015, handling over 600 calls daily and providing support to colleagues on complex issues. Since December 2015, Keshia has been with California Casualty, where excellent communication skills are utilized to simplify complex information for customers and maintain the efficiency of the online portal. Keshia is currently pursuing a Front-End Developer track at Skillcrush and a Responsive Web Design certification at freeCodeCamp, while also working towards an Herbalist Certificate from the American College of Healthcare Sciences.
