Rusty Young is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in engineering management and development. Currently, Rusty serves as the Senior Engineer Manager for Data and Systems Teams at California Casualty since July 2023. Previously, Rusty held the position of Director of Development at Five Pack from May 2022 to May 2023. Rusty's career at Farm Bureau Mutual Insurance Company of Idaho spanned nearly two decades, during which various roles were undertaken, including Enterprise Systems & Application Manager, Project Manager II in the PMO Department, Operations Supervisor, Software Quality Assurance Manager, FIS Accounting System Project Manager/System Administrator, and ImageRight Project Manager/System Administrator. Rusty holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Boise State University, attained between 1994 and 1998.
