Susan Lalor

Susan Lalor is a Knowledge Management Consultant at California Casualty since September 2003. Prior to that, worked at Compaq Computer Corporation as a Performance Support Specialist from March 1998 to October 2002. Susan also has experience as a Consultant at DA Consulting Group in 1997-1998. Susan holds a BS in Interdisciplinary Studies from the University of Houston-Downtown.
