Larissa Hernandez has extensive experience in grant management and related roles, currently serving as Grant Manager and previously as Grant Specialist and Foundation Program Assistant at CCOF Foundation since March 2021. Prior to this, Larissa held various positions at SCS Global Services from August 2013 to March 2021, including Technical Associate in Food Safety and Coordinator for the Sustainability Food & Agriculture Division. Additional experience includes roles as Team Lead and Grant Reviewer for the Farmers Market and Local Food Promotion Program at USDA-Agricultural Marketing Service in June 2017 and June 2018, a Research Intern at Organic Farming Research Foundation, and other positions in community outreach and local food dispatching. Larissa holds a Master’s degree in International Studies from the University of San Francisco and a Bachelor’s degree in Hispanic Studies and Sociology/Anthropology from Lewis & Clark College.
