Ben Golombek's work experience includes serving as the Executive Vice President and Chief of Staff for Policy at the California Chamber of Commerce since 2022. Ben began their career as a Coro Fellow in Public Affairs at Coro Southern California from 2003 to 2004.

Ben Golombek received their Bachelor's degree in Broadcast Journalism from Northwestern University in 2003. In 2014, they earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Organizational Behavior Studies from the University of California, Davis.
