Ben Golombek's work experience includes serving as the Executive Vice President and Chief of Staff for Policy at the California Chamber of Commerce since 2022. Prior to that, they worked as the Vice President of Public Affairs at AT&T from 2016 to 2022. From 2011 to 2016, Ben was the Chief of Staff in the California State Assembly. Ben also served as the Campaign Manager for the Campaign to Save Beverly Hills in 2004 and as the Milwaukee Field Director for John Kerry for President in the same year. Ben began their career as a Coro Fellow in Public Affairs at Coro Southern California from 2003 to 2004.

Ben Golombek received their Bachelor's degree in Broadcast Journalism from Northwestern University in 2003. In 2014, they earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Organizational Behavior Studies from the University of California, Davis.
