Chuck Kelly

Chuck Kelly has a diverse background in business analysis and project management. Chuck has held several roles throughout their career, including Director of Project Management Office at the California Chamber of Commerce, where they were responsible for leading process and technology solution efforts. Prior to that, they worked as a Solution Analyst at Dajani Consulting, Inc. In addition, they held the position of Business Analysis Manager at LendUS, where they managed and coached a team of business and quality analysts. Chuck also served as a Senior Business Analyst at American Pacific Mortgage, where they performed analysis to identify and document business challenges and opportunities for improvement. Before that, they worked as the Director of Business Systems at Paramount Equity Mortgage, as well as a Senior Business Systems Analyst at the same company. Chuck also gained experience as a Senior Business Analyst at HP Enterprise Services, where they led the business analysis for integrating call management solutions. Earlier in their career, Chuck served as a Senior Business Systems Analyst at Health Net, where they led a project to automate and simplify the process for tracking and resolving complaints. Chuck also worked as a Senior Business Analysis Consultant at CalPERS and the California Department of Justice. Prior to that, they worked as a Business Systems Analyst at Motorola-Public Service Solutions. Throughout their career, Chuck has demonstrated strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.

Chuck Kelly received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Information Systems Management from the University of San Francisco, where they studied from 2003 to 2006.
