Ravinder Pal Singh

Ravinder Pal Singh is an experienced IT manager currently leading ERP development at the California Chamber of Commerce since October 2006. In this role, Ravinder has focused on identifying process improvement opportunities, streamlining operations for efficiency, and leveraging data analytics to drive organizational growth. Prior to this, from April 1999 to September 2006, Ravinder served as Senior Manager of IT at R Systems Inc., where leadership in developing an in-house CRM integrated with Microsoft Dynamics SL was key during the company's international expansion. Ravinder holds a Chartered Accountant degree from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, a Bachelor of Commerce from Kurukshetra University, and certification as a Certified Public Accountant, alongside a Ranger certification from Trailhead by Salesforce.
