Rosa Rivas, CSM, has extensive experience in the healthcare and banking sectors. Currently serving as a Business Initiatives Specialist and previously as a Program Operations Specialist at Choice Administrators since November 2007, Rosa is responsible for updating and maintaining Plans, Rates, and Service Areas, along with marketing materials and reporting. Prior to this, Rosa worked at Bank of the West from March 1997 to July 2008 as an Account Reconciler, focusing on reconciliations and accurate data entry. Additionally, from January 2004 to October 2007, Rosa held the position of Account Administrator and Customer Service Representative at Kaiser Permanente, managing accounts for One Card cardholders across California.
