Elmer Sapiens is a Financial Analyst with extensive experience in treasury and financial operations. Currently employed at California Credit Union since October 2022, Elmer is responsible for data analysis and financial reporting related to treasury, liquidity, and investment operations, while also managing cash requirements and liquidity projections. Prior to this role, Elmer worked at Farmers & Merchants Bank of Long Beach, where responsibilities included P&L account analysis and financial reporting, as well as risk evaluation and credit analysis as part of the Specialty Lending Group. Elmer began a career in finance as a Utility Specialist, providing banking solutions and ensuring policy compliance. Elmer holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management Economics from the University of California, Santa Cruz, and an AS-T degree in Economics from Long Beach City College.
