Sue Hilderbrand

Sue Hilderbrand is a seasoned professional in political activism, education, and media, currently serving as the Organizing Manager for the California Democratic Party since May 2022. As a long-time political talk radio producer and host of 'The Real Issue' on KZFR 90.1 FM since 2007, Sue has engaged with notable political figures and local leaders. Concurrently, Sue teaches Political Science at both Butte College and California State University, Chico, offering courses on various aspects of government and politics. Previous roles include Digital Cohort Member for the National Democratic Training Committee, Executive Director for the Chico Peace & Justice Center, and Chief of Grants for Arizona State Parks. Sue's educational background includes a Master of Arts in Comparative Politics from American University and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Colorado State University.
