Artin Oshian

Artin Oshian, PE, currently serves as a Senior Hydroelectric Power Utility Engineer and Supervisor at the California Department of Water Resources since October 2020. Previous experience includes a role as Project Manager at Engineous Group Inc. from July 2018 to September 2020, and as an Electrical Engineer at Hariton Engineering Inc. from August 2013 to July 2018, where responsibilities encompassed designing and building plans for large-scale projects, including solar system design and load studies. Prior to that, Artin worked as an Electrical Engineer for International General Contractor from April 2007 to November 2012, focusing on detailed electrical load lists, capacitor bank calculations, and medium and low voltage cable sizing. Artin holds a Master of Science in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from UC Irvine and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Azad University.
