Bibek Joshi

Bibek Joshi is a seasoned professional in water resources engineering, currently serving as a Manager at the California Department of Water Resources since December 2019. Prior to this role, Bibek accumulated significant experience as a Civil Engineer at Dewberry from 2008 to December 2019. Bibek began his career with an internship at the Sewage and Water Board of New Orleans in 2007. Bibek holds a Master's degree in Civil Engineering from Stanford University, obtained between 2007 and 2008, and a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from Duke University, completed in 2007.
