Sean de Guzman

Sean de Guzman, P.E. has a comprehensive background in civil engineering, with a focus on water resources engineering and geotechnical studies. Starting their career as an Engineering Student Assistant at the California Department of Water Resources, Sean has since taken on various roles within the organization, including managing the Snow Surveys and Water Supply Forecasting Unit. Sean has extensive experience in computing water supply forecasts, developing hydrologic models, and providing technical analysis for flood management. Sean's educational background includes a Master's Degree in Civil Engineering with an emphasis on geotechnical and water resources engineering.
