Steve Doe

Steve Doe, PhD, PE, currently serves as Region Manager for the South Central Region at the California Department of Water Resources, a position held since August 2012, following roles as Branch Manager, Senior Water Resources Engineer, and Water Resources Engineer within the same department. Prior experience includes managerial and engineering positions at AECOM, West Yost Associates, Damon S Williams Associates, Haestad Methods Inc, Yale University, and Ramboll A/S, spanning from 1997 to 2012. Steve Doe holds a PhD in Civil Engineering from Loughborough University and educational credentials that include an MBA from Heriot-Watt University, an MS in Environmental Engineering from DTU - Technical University of Denmark, and a BSc in Civil Engineering from Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology, complemented by studies in Environmental Science at Yale University.
