Christine Fukui has extensive experience in the insurance and health program sectors, currently serving as an Insurance Program Policy Analyst at the California Earthquake Authority since August 2015. Prior roles include Associate Health Program Adviser at the California Department of Managed Health Care, and Associate Governmental Program Analyst at the California Health Benefit Exchange - CoveredCA. Christine's career also includes supervisory and underwriting roles at Risk Transfer Programs, as well as a Workers Compensation Insurance Representative position at the State Compensation Insurance Fund. Earlier in the career, Christine was an Insurance Sales Representative at AAA. Educational qualifications were obtained from California State University-Sacramento.

CEA’s team includes a collection of specialists in the fields of insurance, seismic retrofitting, and information technology, along with financial, legal, and marketing and communications experts. Our workforce is a unique mix of civil service employees, contract workers, and staff procured through private employment agencies. CEA team members are also award winners, with honors from American Red Cross and the Insurance Marketing and Communications Association, among others. And they serve on, or preside over, important boards such as American Academy of Actuaries and the Structural Engineers Association of California.
