Dawn Balzarano

Dawn Balzarano is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in various law firms and organizations. Currently serving as Senior Counsel at the California Earthquake Authority since April 2015, Dawn previously held attorney positions at McDonough Holland & Allen PC from 2003 to 2010 and at Hanson Bridgett LLP in 2010. Dawn began their legal career as a Summer Associate at Brobeck, Phleger & Harrison in 2001 and at Morgenstein & Jubelirer in 2000. Dawn holds a Doctor of Law (JD) from the University of San Francisco School of Law and a Bachelor of Science (BS) from the University of Arizona.
