Daniel Dominguez, LUTCF, has extensive experience in financial services and insurance, currently serving as a Broker Associate at MassMutual Financial Group and a Sales Specialist at MassMutual Pacific since early 2015. Daniel provides comprehensive financial needs analysis, focusing on retirement, estate strategies, employee benefits, and business continuation. Since October 2018, Daniel has also worked as a Medicare Specialist at Cigna and has held various roles in healthcare and insurance at Anthem, California Earthquake Authority, and Hartford Flood. Additionally, Daniel is involved in sales and marketing as the VP at Aspire Benefits Management and holds a position as VP of Life Insurance & Financial Services at Ohio National Financial Services. Daniel’s educational background includes a Finance degree from the University of California, Berkeley, and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Universidad Iberoamericana. Daniel is licensed in CA for insurance and securities.

CEA’s team includes a collection of specialists in the fields of insurance, seismic retrofitting, and information technology, along with financial, legal, and marketing and communications experts. Our workforce is a unique mix of civil service employees, contract workers, and staff procured through private employment agencies. CEA team members are also award winners, with honors from American Red Cross and the Insurance Marketing and Communications Association, among others. And they serve on, or preside over, important boards such as American Academy of Actuaries and the Structural Engineers Association of California.
