Mark Grissom has extensive experience in customer service management and program analysis within the utility and earthquake preparedness sectors. Since August 2015, Mark has served as the CRMP Program Manager for the California Earthquake Authority, focusing on the Earthquake Brace + Bolt Program. Prior to this role, Mark held various positions at Pacific Gas and Electric Company from June 2003 to June 2014, including Associate Governmental Program Analyst, Quality Assurance/Risk Analyst, Team Lead for the Contact Center, Rotational Team Lead, and Customer Service Representative. In these roles, Mark demonstrated expertise in coaching teams, enhancing customer interaction quality, and identifying performance improvement areas.
