Stephen Martinez is a GIS Developer at California Earthquake Authority, where responsibilities include managing ArcGIS Enterprise Portal environments on Microsoft Azure and administering ArcGIS Online. Skills encompass developing web layers and mapping applications, performing spatial analysis, and automating tasks using Python and ArcGIS APIs. Previously, Stephen worked as a Student Technician at California State University-Sacramento, providing technical support in the geography lab, and as a Merchandiser for TNG, managing product displays and inventory. Stephen holds a Bachelor of Arts in Geography from California State University-Sacramento and an Associate of Science in Computer Science from San Joaquin Delta College.
