Antoinette Preyer

Antoinette Preyer is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in revenue cycle management (RCM) training and development, currently serving as the Director of RCM Learning Development & Support Services at Vituity since 2015. Antoinette has successfully led initiatives focused on organizational training, content creation, and quality assurance in billing and reimbursement operations, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations. Prior roles at Vituity included Senior Manager for both RCM Learning and Development and Operations Support, as well as Training Manager for Billing & Reimbursement Operations. Before joining Vituity, Antoinette worked at MedAmerica from 2004 to 2015, where responsibilities included leading a cross-functional team in reimbursement training and quality assurance. Antoinette holds a Master's degree in Organizational Leadership from UMass Global, a Bachelor's degree in General Studies with concentrations in Business Administration and Human Resources from Southern New Hampshire University, and multiple associate degrees from Modesto Junior College and a diploma in Medical Office Management from Andon College.
