Nicole Pletan has over 20 years of experience in healthcare recruitment. Nicole began their career as a Senior Healthcare Recruiter at RN Network/CompHealth, where they worked from 1999 to 2008. Nicole then moved on to TIVA HealthCare, Inc., where they worked as a Physician Recruiter from 2009 to 2010. Next, Nicole joined Hospital Physician Partners as a Physician Recruiter, responsible for recruiting clinicians for various states. Nicole worked at Hospital Physician Partners from 2010 to 2014. Currently, Nicole holds the position of Senior Medical Recruiter- Team Lead Emergency Medicine at Vituity, a nationwide multispecialty partnership. In this role, they lead a team and is involved in the recruitment of top physicians and advanced providers for emergency departments.
Nicole Pletan earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Human Resources Management and Services and Marketing from Florida Atlantic University in 1999.
