Kelly Marie Anthony currently serves as a Senior Field Representative for the California Faculty Association since November 2021. Prior experience includes the role of Southern California Representative for SEIU UHW from March 2017 to 2021, where responsibilities encompassed overseeing compliance with agreements and negotiating collective bargaining agreements. From May 2013 to February 2017, Kelly worked as a Union Representative and Labor Organizer for the Michigan Nurses Association, focusing on member recruitment and enforcement of collective agreements. Earlier, from March 2010 to May 2012, a position as Union Representative and Labor Organizer was held at SEIU Local 49, including a temporary assignment in Newark, NJ for a national campaign. Educational qualifications include a Master of Professional Studies in Human Resources and Employment Relations from Penn State University and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Washington.
