Shannon Hayward has extensive experience in customer service, currently serving as the Customer Service Team Lead at California Faucets since December 2015. Prior to this role, Shannon worked as a massage therapist at Premier Chiropractic & Wellness from October 2008 to January 2011. Educational background includes training at CNI from 2007 to 2008 and graduation from Edison High School in 1995.
