Lily Alcala

Lily Alcala (Goodell) has extensive experience in the tax and auditing fields, currently serving as an Administrator at the California Franchise Tax Board since April 2015, where previous roles included Associate Tax Auditor, Tax Auditor, Tax Technician, and Student Assistant in Audit. Prior experience includes working as a Guest Service Attendant at Target, focused on enhancing customer experience, and an Intelligence Analyst Intern at the Central California Intelligence Center. Lily holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with an emphasis in Accounting from California State University-Sacramento and an Associate of Science in Business Administration and Management from Folsom Lake College.
