Justyn Howard

Justyn Howard currently serves as the Deputy Secretary of Fiscal Policy and Administration for the California Government Operations Agency, a role held since September 2018, overseeing the operations of 13 departments with a combined budget of nearly $65 billion. Additionally, Justyn has been involved with the Davis Legacy Soccer Club since June 2011, serving as the Acting Undersecretary and holding the position of Director of Administration and Finance, supporting youth and adult soccer development in the community. Prior experience includes various roles at the California Department of Finance from July 2005 to December 2017, culminating in the position of Program Budget Manager. Justyn holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Finance from California State University-Sacramento.
