Amy Higgins

Amy Higgins has extensive experience in human resources and organizational management, currently serving as Human Resources Manager at the California Health Care Foundation since June 2005, where previous roles included Payroll & Benefits Manager and Office Manager. Prior to this, Amy worked as Clinic Coordinator for the Community Action Partnership of San Luis Obispo County from May 1995 to August 2003. Educational qualifications include a Master of Professional Studies in Organization Development and Change from Penn State University, a Bachelor of Arts in Liberal Studies and Public Administration from Cal Poly Humboldt, and a Certificate in Human Resource Management from the University of California, Berkeley.
