Donna Gibeault

Donna Gibeault is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in revenue cycle management, practice management, and electronic health record software. Currently serving as a Senior Support Consultant at Veradigm® since July 2022, Donna has previously held various roles, including Training Specialist and RCM Manager at CHMB, where responsibilities included new client onboarding and operational call facilitation. While at CHMB, Donna also successfully improved payment processing turnaround times and trained offshore staff.
